Kim Masengale is the founder and host of the She Is Conference and serves as the pastor of Summit Women at Summit Church. She is passionate about life and serving God with all of her heart, soul, & mind. She loves leading & pastoring alongside her husband, Mel. Kim’s heart is to help women of all ages discover their worth in Christ & the freedom that only He can give. Born and raised in Texas, Kim loves Tex-Mex, a good cup of coffee, and spending time with her family & friends. She is married to Mel, her college sweetheart and the lead pastor of Summit Church. They’ve been married for 24 years and have two young adult daughters.

Alexandra Hoover is a wife, mother of three, sought-out speaker, Ministry Leader, Bible Teacher, and Author of Eyes Up: How to Trust God’s Heart By Tracing His Hand, and Without Wavering, Resilient Faith Built on the Promises of God. She’s enrolled in Northern Seminary, pursuing her Master of Arts in Women and Theology. Her words spur people on to hope, healing, and mission. She has the privilege of serving on staff at her local church and spends her days loving on her family and stewarding the gifts placed before her. Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, this football-loving, homeschool-teaching mama of two has been leading worship for the past 28 years. She toured for years as the worship leader for The Revolve Tour, a teenage girls conference, put on by Women of Faith while also traveling with award winning singer, Natalie Grant, as her sole back-up singer. In 2013, she started the BLOOM Conference in Hawaii which has now seen over 10,000 girls come through, encouraging them to "BLOOM where they are planted" and become all that God created them to be and is now a member of the worship band, Zeo Worship, which sings worship in Hawaiian. She currently lives in Honolulu with her husband, Keoki, and their sons, Thurston William and Punahoa Kingston and leads worship at her local church every weekend.
Becky Johnson is the Lead Pastor of Jesus Culture Sacramento, where she served as the Youth Pastor for seven years. She has a desire to see young people encounter the extreme love and power of God that changed her own life in a radical encounter she had as a teenager. Becky attended three years of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry before she began working with Jesus Culture in 2010. She and her husband, Jesus Culture artist and Worship Pastor, Derek Johnson, have three children and live in Northern California.
