Our Dream Team serves with joy, creating a welcoming, Spirit-filled atmosphere where every woman can encounter Jesus. When you serve, you’re not just volunteering—you’re helping build an environment for lives to be changed for eternity.

TEAM MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

All Dream Team members must:

  • Call Summit Church home

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Have a heart to serve with excellence and reflect Jesus in all they do

How to sign up to serve

1. Choose the team area that interests you most from the list below.
2. Fill out the Dream Team Interest Form.

Our She Is Dream Team Coordinator will contact you within 24–48 business hours with your next steps.

  • Female volunteers who meet requirements will receive an access code to purchase their Dream Team ticket at a discounted rate.

  • Male volunteers do not need to purchase a ticket and will receive placement details directly.

Since the conference is in the fall of 2026, our team will begin assigning Dream Team positions and schedules in the summer of 2026.

Available She Is Team Opportunities

  • This team prepares coffee and tea, as well as assists with snacks for conference breaks.

  • This team assists with scanning attendee and volunteer tickets at check in as well as handing out conference bracelets and any other items that provide access into the event. May require 2-3 hours of standing.

  • This team works to implement décor plans for She Is, including some pre-event work days, set up, tear down, and helping give the venue that extra special feel.

  • This team greets attendees before sessions and provides friendly directions to various locations throughout the She Is venue.

  • This team manages the Info Center throughout the conference. They assist with directions, lost and found, general event information and FAQs.

  • This team consists of men and women who are able to assist with setting up and tearing down for the conference.

  • This team helps the She Is Team assemble check-in items on a work day prior to She Is. This usually takes place 2 weeks before the event. Ladies will work approximately 6-8 hours.

  • This team of men will help create a smooth experience by directing traffic as our women enter and leave the parking lot.

  • This team assists with helping our attendees feel welcome and “hosted” during the Welcome Party and After Party. They organize and prepare some special elements, greet, answer questions, provide directions, and mingle.

  • This Summit trained team serves in shifts providing one on one prayer as ministry time opens during select sessions. Members of this team must have completed Summit's Prayer Ministry Training in order to serve.

  • If you’re organized and like to smile, help people, sort inventory, and sell great products, this is the place for you! This team serves during the Welcome Party and Live Event selling She Is product and Speaker product.

  • This team helps the conference run smoothly by running computer visuals, lights, computer visuals, and more. Team members must have had experience serving on this team prior to conference.

  • This team checks attendee badging at the doors and provides assistance with directions and seating within the arena. This team is on their feet for 2-3 hours at a time and will walk up and down stairs, as needed. Ushers also aid in transitioning the arena between sessions.

  • This team assists with team training night (typically held the week before She Is) as well as hosting the dream teams throughout the She Is event. Tasks include but are not limited to décor for the She Is Team lounge and any other needed space, creating signage, set up and tear down for training and the live event.

  • This team welcomes and invites women who are attending alone to come and join us as we gather together! The team will be stationed at a specific section in the event arena to greet women with fun signs and enthusiasm, and welcome them to sit with them throughout the conference.

  • We want as many women as possible to be able to attend She Is, and some moms don't have anyone who could safely watch their children. This is an opportunity to provide a safe and caring environment for their kids to have fun and be well cared for while their mom is poured into as well.
