She Is Conference is for women and girls ages 12 and up! Whether you’re a student, mom, business leader, or ministry leader—this weekend is for you. Come expecting to encounter Jesus and be reminded of who you are in Him.

Thursday, October 29 – Welcome Party + Session One (5:00–10:30pm)
Friday, October 30 – Morning + Afternoon + Evening Sessions (9:00am–10:00pm)
Saturday, October 31 – She Is Equipped for Women in Leadership (9:00am–1:00pm, separate ticket required)

We are not offering day passes for 2026. However, every full conference ticket includes access to all sessions plus online replays of every message through December 31, 2026—so you won’t miss a thing!

Not this year! We’ve simplified ticket options for 2026 to make registration easier for everyone. All attendees will enjoy open seating—so come early to find your favorite spot and get ready for an incredible weekend together.

All seating is general admission, with doors opening 30 minutes before each session. We recommend arriving early for your preferred seating.

Yes, we are happy to offer an online experience for those who are unable to attend in-person. You can purchase a pass to join live and rewatch sessions on demand through December 31, 2026.

She Is Equipped is a half-day leadership event designed for women who lead—in ministry, the marketplace, or both. You’ll enjoy a beautiful brunch, practical leadership teaching, and meaningful time to connect with other women who are pursuing their God-given calling.

No. She Is Equipped is an add-on experience that requires a separate ticket. Space is limited!

Yes. She Is Equipped is designed as an extension of the conference for women who are already attending She Is Devoted.

Check-in happens inside the Summit Church lobby. You’ll check in by last name and present your E-ticket—either:

In your She Is Conference App,
From your email confirmation, or
As a printed copy.

Your QR code will be scanned, and you’ll receive your event bracelet, which serves as your access pass for the entire weekend.

While we love little ones, we cannot accommodate childcare during the event. Nursing babies are welcome. Ages 12 and up may purchase a student ticket and attend the main sessions.

Come as you are—casual and comfortable! Jeans, sweaters, and layers are perfect for the weekend.

Bring your Bible, a notebook, a pen, a light sweater, and an open heart ready for what God wants to do.

Yes. We never want finances to keep a woman from attending. Limited scholarships are available based on need and availability. Email sheis@summitpa.church for more information.

Refund / Transfer / Cancellation Policy

Effective November 8, 2025

All She Is Conference tickets purchased on or after November 8, 2025 are non-refundable, but may be gifted, transferred, or donated.

If you are unable to attend in person:

🎟️ Gift or Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at any time through your Brushfire account or by emailing sheis@summitpa.church.
💻 Switch to Online Experience: In case of emergency, you may request to transfer your in-person registration to a She Is Conference Online Experience pass. The online replay will be available through December 31, 2026. The difference in ticket cost will be donated to the She Is Scholarship Fund to help another woman attend. The transfer deadline for online access is October 25, 2026.
💗 Donate Your Ticket: You may choose to bless another woman by donating your ticket directly to someone in need of a scholarship. To do so, email sheis@summitpa.church.

The She Is Conference / Summit Church is not responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, or refunds. We appreciate your understanding that exemptions cannot be made to this policy.

Note: For those who purchased tickets prior to November 8, 2025, the refund policy stated at the time of purchase will be honored.

Yes! Tickets are fully transferable—just have the original ticket holder update the attendee name in Brushfire.
